CUSTOMERS
(Assume you are a customer at Demos-R-Us website)
Customers can contact the company by simply clicking on the Contact Us link. Click the "Contact Us" link from the Demos-R-Us website above to create your own sample ticket. Once you have submitted the ticket, check your email for a confirmation reply. It will also contain a web link so you (the customer) can track the progress of this ticket.
SUPPORT STAFF
(Assume you are a Support Staff for Demos-R-Us)
As a Support Staff, you can manage and resolve customer tickets. To login as a Support Staff, click on the "Client Login >>" menu located on the left side of the AI-Reply website. Use one of the following accounts to login:

Once you have logged in, you will see all of the customer tickets (including the one you just submitted).
ADMINISTRATOR
(Assume you are an Administrator for Demos-R-Us)
As an Admin, you will be able to do all of the functions of a Support Staff, plus the Administrative tasks. To login as an Admin, click on the "Client Login >>" menu located on the left side of the AI-Reply website. Use the following information to login:
We encourage you to explore each menu option from the admin page. To see how easy it is to integrate your website into the CSHS system, simply add the cut-and-paste code from the 'System Tickets' menu into your web page. This will allow you to submit tickets from your website directly into this demo account.
